Customer Health Screening Questionnaire

Have you traveled internationally by air or returned from a cruise in the last 14 days?

Have you had close contact with diagnosed COVID19 patient in last 14 days or awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test?

Are you currently experiencing Fever, Chills, Cough, Difficulty Breathing, Headache, Sore Throat, Muscle/Joint Aches, Diarrhea, Abdominal Cramps or Nausea, Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye), Loss of Taste or Smell?
If you answered YES to any of these questions please contact our salon 734-282-4247 and reschedule your appointment.


When arriving for your appointment

Upon arrival call the salon (734-282-4247) and notify us you are here.
Mask is required for entire service time.
Temperature check at the front entrance, as well as safety forms to fill out.
If your stylist is not ready, we will ask you to wait in your vehicle, we no longer have a waiting area.
Once it’s time for your appointment, we ask that you wash your hands before seating, our use an approved hand sanitizer.
During process time for color clients, we ask that you remain in your chair except if using the restroom.
If you have any interest or would like to purchase any products please refer to your stylist as products are not to be touched by guests.
When done we will do our best to expedite your rebooking and payment process.


Reminder

All guests must wear a mask upon entry , if you do not have a mask we can provide one for you.

We are appointment only at this time. (no walk-ins)

Please only bring the things needed for your time frame (no large or extra bags).

No other guests may accompany you at this time. We’re sorry but this includes children.

Underage children can, of course, be accompanied by their parent or guardian for the appointment (same protocols will apply to them as well)

Please be advised that even though Sakora has always welcomed people to use our parking lot back door, that from now on this will be an employee only door. All clients must enter the salon through the front door and await a temperature check.

Coronavirus Preventative Measures

Sakora Salon is following all CDC guidelines for sanitation and taking preventative measures to fight against COVID-19. We have increased our already high industry standards of cleanliness by adding further procedures to every service.

In addition to our industry leading standards, we have increased our hygienic efforts which includes use of disinfectant throughout the day as well as rigorous after hours cleaning.

  • We have implemented all-new State-mandated guidelines for health and safety.
  • Hand sanitizers have been placed throughout the salon and treatment rooms.
  • Salon stations have been moved around with a minimum distance of 6 feet.
  • We are cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces which include doorknobs, electronics, plumbing fixtures, armrests and more.
  • Makeup artists are using hospital-grade disinfectant on all makeup products, tools and testers.
  • Our spa team members clean and disinfect their treatment rooms after every guest.
  • Air Purifiers have been added to our spa rooms to sanitize the air 4x per hour.
  • We have salon maintenance team members that are following enhanced sanitizing instructions to clean and disinfect our salons and spas.
  • We are ensuring that sick team members stay home.
  • We are asking guests that are not feeling well to reschedule their service.
